Training Done Right
All our sites come with a full day of onsite training for your staff. This can be a "train the trainer" model, or a classroom setting for most of the staff. Training is hands on and most users start posting on the website within the first few minutes of training.
Training is available in two-hour blocks for an additional charge. Training is scheduled to meet your needs.
Phone and Email Training and Support
Training and support for specific questions or problems is available, as needed, for no additional charge.
Contact phone numbers and emails are given to all students after training classes. If there are any questions, students are encouraged to contact us.

After your site is up and running, we are there to help whenever needed. Anyone who has login access to the site can call or email with questions, request for a little more training, or help if a problem arises. There is never a charge for this service.
